A fellow who makes M35 2.5 ton hubs contacted me about six months ago. He gets blanks from a hub supplier and machines them to fit the M35. I gave him the spects for the Warn M72 hubs for W500's, and he checked to see if could make a set. As luck would have it the blank could not be made to work. To bad since there are several of us who need them. I have found a man who has two new old stock sets. He is firm at $1000 a set! At that price I'll have to keep rattling down the road with the front drive components whirling in the wind! Putting locking hubs in my 69 W300 made a BIG difference when rolling down the highway. I can only imagine the difference with that monster Rockwell axle.
