The bill that you are referring to has to do with getting paid while on "Family Leave" from your employer. It's a federal law that employees be granted "Family Leave" for things like illnes's, birth's, death's, and such, but it's non-paid leave time. The California bill requires employers to pay their employees while on "Family Leave". Robert
