I just bought my first civilian PW...a 1949 B1. I would be very appreciative if those who have restored trucks would zip over to ebay and take a look. Please tell me what you think, and what you think my first step should be regarding the engine. It has no carb, and I've never dealt with an engine as funky as this one is, although it isn't stuck. Should I just pour oil down in the plug holes and manifold and keep the rain out of it?

Any tips or pointers on do's and don'ts of trucks when they're first brought home in this shape would be very much appreciated. I'm going to first and foremost get it out of the weather.
