1956 M-43 Ambulance $1,495
1956 M-43 Ambulance w/winch
S/N 80038623. 90k miles.
Plate on the dash shows overhauled 12/68.
Body has rust in all the usual places for an M-43, roof rails, above doors, door bottoms, body corners near side storage compartments.
The transmission and transfer case have been removed and disassembled. All parts to repair and put them back in are "supposed" to be in the back with the dismantled units.
Engine turns over, but is not currently running.
Complete winch setup is there.
All gauges are intact, light switch is missing.
No spotlight, 24V wiring is still in place.
The racks, surgical light, etc... are still in the back.
Would make a great parts truck or not to far gone to restore.
I'm selling this for a buddy of mine who is in the garage business. He inherited it when the owner ran out of money to complete repairs. There is no title. He is going to try to get the title from the owner. At present it is being sold with a bill of sale only. If the title becomes available it will be provided.
