I disagree with the aforementioned opinion. With a V8, Gama goats are superior on sand, and have great floatation in mud. Places I do not like the GG's are on snow, ice, and on slippery sidehills, they go sideways in a heart beat, I suppose that they would hydroplane real easy, as you are into a wider tire, this would hold true with any NDT. The 6 ply rating is soft and rides nice. It depends at what price you can find the tires.. Tom
