For Sale:
58 W300, factory V8 4spd truck, original 315 replaced with a LA 318.
5.87 gears.
Original 57 date coded LU-2 winch setup, fairlead has been changed to a heavier duty one, otherwise all original.
Front bumper is the original one, and has been bent back to make it easier to turn in tight spaces.
This is a former fire truck and as such it has nothing but surface rust, and is overall very clean.
The pictures show how nice it is, and I have been told there are no rust holes in the body.
This truck runs, drives and stops, though it has not been used on the road for a while, and may need some minor attention before it is driven long distances.
All the fire equipment is still in place, you could put this truck back into service if you wanted!
The truck is located in New Ipswitch NH, and comes with a bill of sale, but no title(not required in NH for a truck of this age).
I will sell this truck for $5,000 if you buy it by Thursday night, as I need to sell the truck, or pick it up and bring it back, and I need to know soon.
