In CA there is a law that states you must keep to the right except to pass. Unfortunately they don't train the CHP to enforce it because nobody complies and since the road signs are printed in English, less than 36% of Californians can read the signs.
In another indication of political correctness run amuck, the drivers test is given in the 18 official languages of CA, but the road signs are only printed in English. Go ahead and laugh, if this madness cannot be stopped,...your state is next.
