than most will ever own. All it takes is one complaining neighbor and bingo... on goes the 72hour notices, legit or not. The last notice I got I had just that day pulled my son's Camaro out and parked it on the street (fully DMV legal & insured). Just my luck someone else was the target & I caught in the blanket party. The very reason why my driveway is now enclosed with a 7' wood fence (aside from keeping the 4-year old safe on the property), or as the parking code patrol states "out of sight... no problem" and I haven't had one cited since. I always appreciate the code violation notices given on Friday as it gives me the weekend to juggle. It was an unfortunate choice on your part to drive a truck with a defective carb. Old/defective carbs, gas, and heat are lethal combinations. Thank your lucky stars: 1) no-one was injured, 2) the fire was outside and not in a garage or in a car port where considerably more damage could have happened, and 3) you are still able to learn the appropriate lesson from all of this. Thanks!
