Wiper motors need help & info on 2- speed rearends?

I need to know where to find the gears that run the wiper arms for the American Bosch electric wiper motors on my '48 Pw. The fiber gears are softening and the teeth are breaking off for some reason. I would like to find metal replacements or replace the gears with new fiber ones. Does anyone have these, My motors work fine but the gears are breaking.

I was also wondering if there are two speed rearends like from Eaton or Columbia.
I know there are overdrive units, but they're a little more installing them then finding a rearend that would fit under the truck.
