dear jerry the truck is listed localy here in the paper near seattle wa i looked at the truck it is in pretty good shape the body has a little rust in the cab corners and a little dent in the right side fender.the truck comes with a hard top and a soft top the hard top is on right now yes it does have a p.t.o winch that needs cable it is on the truck but the winch needs to be lined up to the tranny tranny is a 5 spd the 350 runs verry good has custom built wheels the tires hve pretty good tread left on them let me know if there is any thing else you would like to know the price is 6500.00 if you would like to contact the guy i will popst his phone #
