That was my first thought, but if mice got into a sitting motor, then why is the pick-up screen on the oil pump plugged like the hairs had been sucked up, course mice could have been in there before someone started it uptoo, but all the covers were on the motor when I got it. You're probably right though, how else could that hairs stuff get in there.
