I don't know where you're at, but I was just down at Ray Suiter's a month ago (Helitool), and his 360 powered M37 was just collecting cobwebs. I think he said something about selling it. I don't know if it is spoken for, but you might want to contact him. Worth a try anyway. I don't remember if it had a winch or not. If it has the original NP420 then a winch is an easy addition. I don't know if he put an NP420 or NP435 behind the 360. When I drove it on a prior visit it had a 318 and NP420 in it.
