This is for real! An article in the newspaper in the last couple of days reported that some California film company is searching for a new Clampett family to move to Beverly Hills and develop a series based on their anecdotes. Sorry, I don't have an address. The family they are searching for should come from Appalachia though they will accept a family from the Ozarks. The family should have a minimum of five members. CONDITION: the family cannot have lived in a large city.
Probably your neighbors would make a small fortune. However, you might get a finder's fee and you would get rid of the neighbor.
