right on! i hate it when mechanics won't warranty their work. i had someone fix my clutch linkage on my ram a few years back and after having it "Fixed" three times by this shop(they never did get it right, i ended up fixing it) the linkage finally popped and fell off, leaving me stranded at Auto Zone luckily my uncle came and was able to tow me home. but i still ended up having to pay a tow truck to take it from there to the shop. argh! then the mechanic was screaming and swearing at me when i talked to him on the phone because he said he "fixed" it and it shouldn't have done that. long story short, i went to the dealer and had them pull a schematic, turns out the washerthat i had told the mechanicthe linkage was missing(he didn't believe me)was right there on the schematic, i took it down to the shop and showed them that, ooh can you say the manager was pissed, yet i STILL ended up fixing it! MAKE THEM WARRANTY IT! if they did the freeze plugs
