I assume you lost the plug while driving. If it's the same as the M37 engine, you can get the metal freeze plugs and seat them with a piece of shaft and a hammer after putting a bit of silcone on the sealing surface. I had one push out during a freeze last winter with no antifreeze in the radiator and I reseated it with no leaks. I had to "redome" it with a ball pein hammer to reduce the outer diameter and get it back in the hole but it seated fine.
