Sean, welcome to the world of small acreage. Two things come to mind, you now have lots of space for your toys, from experience I can tell you that your collection will expand to fill the space available. the other is that there's a way to satisfy the collecting bug and have a lawn mower. I discovered this site by accident, dedicated to the use, restoration and maintenance of Allis Chalmers, Simplicity garden tractors.
