I would think that most components are sealed, such as:
trannys, motor, differentials, transfr cases.
If they were not sealed, you would see the oil coming out.
The opened components such as: brakes(Drum or disk), front sterring joints, anywhere you see grease, shoud be inspected and will most lkely need cleaning and re-greasing.
