Just think, you are a vendor, and you sell 200 items in a month, 4 people are unhappy for some reason, you manage to make 3 of the 4 happy, but the 4th is just not happy with your service.
That is one unhappy person a month, and they will most likely post a bad report.
How many folks will take the time to say you did a good or average job?
Also, how many people will post a bad review of you before before you get a chance to correct the problem?
We have seen several people post their unhappiness here before they let the vendor know there was a problem and give them a chance to correct the problem.
When posted on the main forum people tend to jump in and post their experiances, but if it is off forum, they may not bother.
Anyway, sounds like a good idea, but making it work may be very hard, Joe said before there were to many problems for him to create such a addition to this forum.
Just my thoughts, I hope that something can be done to warn of bad vendors, it could be good for all.
