Still No Refund!

About a week ago Mark S posted about a bad vendor. I commented that I had had problems with someone and we determined through private e-mails that it was the same person. His name is Tyrone Howard, in Plymouth, North Carolina.
I was asking on the Forum last winter if anyone knew of sources for W300 parts. Tyrone e-mailed that he had the headliner and armrest and dome light I was looking for. I sent him all the money and received the domelight and armrest but no headliner. He told me, over the next several months that the headliner was backordered. I waited and finally asked him to send me a refund. He said he would, but I never got it. I even asked him if he wanted to send it back in 3 or 4 payments. He said, "No, I have already sent the full amount". He told me again a full week ago that he had mailed the refund ($55.00). I have waited more than sufficient time for the mail to get from NC to Idaho. I wrote him another e-mail last weekend asking for some explanation as to why the refund had not come. He didn't reply. I am posting this so that others might not get involved with this individual and end up losing money. I have been patient because I want to trust people and have always treated others as I would want them to treat me. It seems as if there are others on this forum who are in the same boat. I hope this will help any who have not been burned. Beware. Jerry Henry
