I would have to say if you M-37 was stock and you 404 was stock the 404 was broke or a new driver was needed! I know a M37 goes off road better than a WM series which is what I had, but my 404 which was stock would out perfrom the WM and most modified modern truck. Real deep mud was really only problem and that was in actual pit where just needed big tire speed. On trail np whatsoever.
