a few years ago I had a 90 W250 diesel with a 5 speed, the fuel gelled up on a cold morning, I was blasting up an incline on my normal route to the 7-11 at about 60mph and it quit. coasted into a friends drive way and called a tow truck. The garage I frequent got it running (changed the fuel filter)the next day ( was sunday) in a short time, I drove it home (1/4 mile) and parked it. the next day it wouldn't start. Tha garage dragged it back and re primed it and got it running and told me it probably needs an injector pump. I didn't agree, It had 60,000 miles on it. and still runs fine today with about 75,000 miles now. I shoulda kept that truck, I sold it with a mere 70,000 on it.
