Maybe that's the way to go??? Does the virus strip away soap operas??
Seriously, if that is the case, the virus, while not affecting you, may be using your e-mail address book to attack everyone else. The virus cannot be stopped unless we all have anti virus programs that automatically have virus definitions updated at least twice a week. These hackers and code writers are constantly rewriting their programs to by-pass the known anti virus codes. Symantec (Norton) updates automatically to your computer. The MSN McAfvee may not. I would suggest that ANYONE that does not have an updated anti virus program, should erease their e-mail address book and stop using e-mail. Otherwise they are an unwitting contributor to this problem. I know of several people, who did not know that they were infected with this virus, within two weeks of receiving the virus their system had crashed and their hardrive was junk. They lost everything stored on their computer. Two of these people ran their businesses from their computers, they lost both income and customers because of the Klez virus.
