Does anybody have a good system for erecting a gin pole or A-frame? I have to find a suitable tree or shed roof to prop the A-frame against, then climb up and thread the winch cable through the snatch block. There has to be some easy way to use the winch to do the erecting, without pulling the whole contraption backwards onto the cab.
