I put a 2 speed transfer case in my Carryall. I think you can use 1.5 ton 6x6 transfer case brakets, and they bolt right up. I used civilian Power Wagon brackets. I just had to drill the correct holes in the cross member. I think I still have the template I used to drill the holes. I can send you a copy if that would be helpful. The Carryall floor would have to be modified a little to make room for the emergency brake on the back of the transfer case. I am still using the e-brake on the transmission until I get around to future modification. The rear drive shaft ended up the same length as a front driveshaft, so I didn't have to have one made. The odd thing I can't explain is why I had to shorten my front drive shaft. Hopefully, you can avoid that. I had to trim the floor brace a little to clear the larger inupt yolk on the transfer case. For the intermediate shaft, I think I used the WC front half and the Power Wagon rear half. The splines are the same, so they just slid together.

The twin stick levers and bracket bolted right up to the WC transmission. I had to tweek one a little to go around the WC E-brake.
