Somewhere, I have a photo of a stretched M37 bed on the long chasis... I'll look around in my files for it. The owner took a section of a bed from a second M37 from the wheel well forward and welded it in front of the first M37 bed. In looking at the side of the completed truck you could see two toolbox doors (and one would asssume that he either had two toolboxes or had one wide one behind the doors) with the troop seats attached to both sets of hinge supports in the front.
