the rnp7-14 is power in and power out would work on a 540 (IF) you could find a gear and flip shaft and rod 180~ that pto is about 40 year old so part are very hard to find,
the 41 -py is only a 1 speed 2 gear
and works for a pump,you need to find a 2 shaft pto for the transfer send me a photo of the pto on the transfer i can tell if it can be done
