Got my 230 running great this am. It's been sitting for ~3years(I got it last year). I replaced the manifolds and rebuilt the carb. Flushed out the gas tank and started it up. It smoked alot since the cylinders were well lubed while sitting. The slight miss went away and other than a few loose valve settings sounds it sounded good. I planned to finish the brake lines tonight and drive it for the first time tomorrow - I went to restart it at lunch but it only sputtered and tried to run on one cylinder. I pulled the valve covers to find 1 sticking valve and 1 really stuck valve. They are adjacent valves between cylinders 1 and 2.

Now to pull the head and replace the valve guides . . .

I need a valve guide punch and flathead spring compressor. Is there anyone I could borrow(w/deposit)/steal/purchase/trade them from? I would gladly reciprocate with tools, welding, labor, misc parts (?) for the help. The wife will kill me it this ol'Dodge sits much longer. Besides, this is perfect convertible weather. Thanks from Lancaster County Pennsylvania . . .
