Vacuum Brake Booster on 1-1/2 ton truck

I am working on a 1949 Dodge 1-1/2 ton flatbed which has a vacuum brake booster mounted on the frame behind the cab.
The unit is labeled "HyPower" and "Midland Steel Products" The unit is leaking brake fluid into the vaccum system and the truck smokes badly.

Does anyone know anything about these units and perhaps where I might get it repaired or obtain parts?

I appreceate any help.
