The 361 is a "B" engine not an "RB" like the 413.
The 361, 383, and 400 are all basically the same blocks. The 400 has a little thicker webbing in the bottom.
The 413, 426Wedge, and 440 are "RB" engines sharing the same basic blocks.
As far as the bells that fit these engines, all bells that fit on a "B" engine will fit on an "RB" engine and vice-versa.
This is info. I have read and also have first hand experience from working on my dad's Dodge "C" model medium and heavy duty trucks.
