Given your question about 203 I assume you are looking for advice about the married version. From my research, the 205 married was used in heavy GVW trucks, mostly 1 tons, or maybe heavy GVW 3/4 tons. Pretty hard to find the married version.
The divorced version should be quite available from '74 and earlier trucks.
I have heard, but don't know for sure, that the married 203 and married 205 use different transmission couplers (and transmission mainshafts), so I have to assume the 203/205 are different between manual/auto also.
