what did your 5600 come out of. I would think that if it came out of a dodge with the cummins, that a factory part might be out there. Are you still using the 93 flywheel? Maby the later ones are diffrent. I was under the impression that the back of the cummins was a SAE#2 bolt pattern, but then I though I read it, might have dreamed it up. Just some things to check. Still trying to decide what to stick in my 91.
