I am not trying to landblast any pw vendor. I guess my point is that everyone who loves these pw's loves the over built, detailed engineering, run through anything ability. So you see when we have to rebuild what is missing or broken and there is only 1 or 2 places to go I just expect the same quality that everyone is always posting in this forum. All this talk of taking your time to do the job right the first time printed every month in PWA by Gordon Manney. MY HERO:) hehe
I never blamed Dave at all. I just know from talking to a guy there that they also new a while back about the hole location problem. I work hard to make enough money for bills and still have enough to get this beast in original condition. I guess I just felt let down is all.
The expense due to the rarity of these trucks makes you believe that they must keep each nos parts in a velvet case or something.

Again to Vpw I am sorry for the post this is the only gripe I have had. I have purchased close to $4,000.00 worth of parts including the $1,000 gov. assy and have always been happy.
