the truck is a 64 townwagon powerwagon. it has a hydraulic clutch, i did the following..new clutch, p-plate,throwout bearing, pilot bearing, resurfaced the flywheel, rebuilt slave cyl, clutch cyl. no leaks, leakdown, misadjustment/misalignment or binding. i test fit the trans minus all clutch components and the input/output shafts turn fine. if i shift into 4th gear prior to the other gears it has a minor grind where i can drive it. that is why i am thinking it could be the trans itself? syncro's?? i have done much work on many vehicles and never been so stumped...thanks for all of the response..sal
