Maybe I'm just a worrier, but I would stick with some place where you can walk in with your parts and they don't get shipped anywhere. I'd worry about them getting lost. Last time I checked they didn't have any of this stuff at PepBoys.
I've dealt with a local plating shop for some chroming work I've had done, and slept better knowing where my parts were.
