1957:

D100 5 bolt
D200 6 bolt, full floating 8 3/4 rear.
D300 6 bolt, full floater, unsure if 8 3/4 or 9 1/4.

W100 6 bolt, Dana 44 front, semi floating 8 3/4 rear.

W200 6 bolt, Dana 44 front, full floating 8 3/4 rear.

W300, was a Flat fender, 5 bolt, etc, etc.

1958:

Same as 1957, except late 58 W100s got the full floating 8 3/4 rear.

Also 1958 was the first year for a W300 conventinal cab, 6 bolt, Dana 70 front, Dana 70 rear.

1959:

D100, 5 bolt
D200, 8 bolt Dana 60
D300, 6 bolt, full floating 8 3/4(or 9 1/4) rear.
W100, 8 bolt, Dana 44 front, Dana 60 rear.
W200, 6 bolt Dana 44 front, Full floating 8 3/4 rear.
W300, 6 bolt, Dana 70 front, Dana 70 rear.

1960, same as 1959.
