Which as we all know is a full floating axle.

The only pre 1969 4wds that Dodge ever made with semi floating rear axles were the 57-58 W100s.

Of course once you reach 1969, Dodge put a 8 3/4 in the rear of W100s, and that was the case from then until now I think.

Once you leave 71 behind, I get lost as to what Dodge did, though I have a friend into the 70s stuff that is teaching me.

Of course as I am something of a stubborn, if not OLD Dog, it will take a while for me to learn! (it is hard to get my mind out of the fifties)
