After you mount and run the tires to get them as round as possible and settled on the rims take them to a truck shop that shaves tires round. After shaving them then balance them. You will be surprised to see how little weight is required to balance them provided the rims are good and run true.This technique has worked well on my '69 W300 with dual split rims and centerless trailer tires.
