Jackson is right. The inner stud/nut and the other to go over it are standard Budd parts available at any place BIG truck wheels and tires are sold or repaired, for about $2 apiece. You don't need the trailer wheels. You can dual by using a 1/2 ton rim "paired" to a regular 3/4 or 1 ton rim. I have done so but I don't remember how the sidwall to sidewall clearance worked out with 9.00X16's as it has been a while. To dual the front, use the same studs and 1/2 ton wheels but run an 8.25X16 or 7.50x16 on the outer rim. That way the tire is not touching the ground unless you start to sink in. The result is lighter steering (it will actually TURN!) and less bump steer, but if you hit something with that outer dual, the steering wheel is going to turn REAL QUICK! Hold that thought and you get to keep your thumbs. The other down side is that they will 'shimmy' at any kind of speed if not balanced.
