Fargo was for export sales, made in Canada for the canadian market and made in the US for overseas sales. Only differences are in vin tag( not always) nose chrome and tailgate. Some times the dash tags read Fargo instead of Dodge. Overseas trucks ( not Canadian ) may have had speedo in metric depending on destination. This was before Canada switched from imperial to metric.
