All the bits you need are there, original back seats might be gone but no big worry. The rear body aperture might need squared and the tailgate re-skinned, probably best to blast the rust out of the body and replace roof panel and floor, but it could look like a truck in a week with not too much sweat.
Notice is has the spare wheel location moved back - only really seen on very late ones that didn't leave the US. Can't be sure if it would be worth fitting a spare wheel carrier as alledgedly the very last WC 53 Carryalls left the line without it and without a spare wheel.
