One other idea to get a value, we are all assuming you are thing of selling ???????
Do up a great set of pictures, good write up and put it on Ebay with a $100K reserve. Sure probably no one will go for that. But see what people bid. At the end of the auction, you can go to BID HISTORY. See what people bid and IF you are wanting to sell and someone has bid what you want, contact them off line and make the deal.
