The appraiser would have to look at other 55 power wagons in nearly the same condition and note what they sold for, he would have to see if he could find a sale of a swivel frame and see what it sold for, then make an educated guess. and go higher than you'd think, lower the price if it doesn't sell in a reasonable amount of time. You decide on what is a reasonable amount of time.
