push in the horn and turn it it should then pop loose. afterward you can then see the interior. pull GENTLY to remopve the horn assy. undo the nut holding the steering wheel then you'll need to have a puller to get it off from there. auto zone should have one that fits ALL makes of dodge. i bought on a few years ago and have been able to use it on an '85,'76,'73, and my '58 w100 i don't know if the flatfender PW's are the same but i bet they are. good luck. hope this helps
