if you broke the correct puller for the job (not a made in china thing) then you were
not using it correctly if you have a fax let me know and i will send you some pages from a dodge truck shop manual. there are about 12
special tools required to remove & install the rear axles (bearings, shims, & seals) correctly. you might have to go to a used book store to find some old motors auto repair manuals from the 50's that show how to use pullers correctly if you do not have instructions with the puller
