Man walking around with sandals and shorts in the high brush is asking for any number of chigger,scorpion,spider bites, and all 2 varieties of snakes ( if it rattles it is a rattler everything else is a cobra). If you live further east in texas you can include alligators ,snapping turtles etc. About the jeep part well there is no constitutional guarentees against stupidity or bad DNA.
