Interior parts are the more difficult things to find, I know I have a 59 W200. I did luck out last year at Vintage Power Wagons as Dave had some NOS drivers headliner panels. I bought two and flipped one over so I could paint both. Check with VPW to see if they have any left. As for back up lights I believe the answer is no as there are none on any of the wiring diagrams. The brake light switch is mounted on the master cylinder the white wire goes to the turn signal switch, the red to the plug for the headlight switch and out to the rear.
