done all of the above and I can buy about 30 tubes and/or patches for the price of a set of beadlocks (and I haven't used 30 tubes in my 35 years of driving) AND I can fix them in the field in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost of replacing even just the detachable rim from a beadlock. If tires spnning on the rim are a problem one can simply drill 4 holes through the edge of the rim and put sheetmetal screws into the tire bead.
