I may be wrong, but I think that most of the sheet metal parts should be interchangeable. One thing to keep in mind though is that Dodge changed the grill design between 77 and 78. And because the contract over lapped these years, some M880's have the 77 grill and some have the 78 grill. The grill's are interchangeable but require replacing/relocating the turn signal lights.
