I have a NP205 (married TH400 version) with a Np200 (from M37) front and rear offset outputs installed, complete with M37 flat flanges. The centered output now has a disk type E brake. The high-low range shifter is from the 205, the 2WD/4WD shifter from the 200. Oddly, the centered output (the E-brake) stays in high range, not that it matters. The offset outputs shift correctly into high and low range and 2WD/4WD. I'm going to mate this to a NP203 reduction box with 3.1:1 gears in it (from Wagoner Machine) and divorce mount the whole thing in my m37, for 186:1 low-low range.
