Knuckle Grease Quantity

I put new front axle inner oil seals on my WM300 so I took out all the old grease and pumped in 1+ tubes of grease into 1 knuckle with still none coming out the check plug at the bottom of the knuckle. I am worried it is going somewhere else. How much can I expect to put in? Thanks
